VIA PA Finally Home Project is hosting an opportunity for people with developmental disabilities, family members, and professionals who support people with developmental disabilities to learn about the availability, advantages, and limitations of project-developed and tested toolkits, trainings, and waiver-funded (Housing Transition and Tenancy Sustaining) services.
