Human-centered organizations must be able to understand and impact the systems of oppression and marginalization that influence the lives of the people they support and the people they employ and leverage power to empower those individuals meaningfully and effectively. The work of becoming a human-centered organization starts with intentionally influencing the culture of the organization in strategic ways
This session will address the process of establishing a truly human-centered Culture within the organizations you lead and provide practical strategies to make meaningful change.
