The target audience for this committee is Directors, Program Leadership, Service Line Leadership, and others considering Best Practices in Care and Support Coordination (e.g. residential, community, employment, respite, family services), Emerging Practices in care, and Integrating Care (primary care, behavioral health, pharmacy supports, social determinants of health).
Any TPA member is welcome to join this committee even if they aren’t part of the target audience.
